Mobile Phone website design
Our most successful project involves a client with a team of drivers. We transformed the way his business functions on a daily basis.
Our client's problem
Each day the alarm company's admin team were responsible for drawing up maintenance schedules for the engineers. Engineers would then visit the office, collect their timetable of jobs and set off to the client's premises. Occasionally, an engineer would need to call head office for additional client information. Once the job was completed, a job form would be filled out and dropped off at head office at the end of the day. The admin team would then update the client file and the process would start again the following day.
Our solution
We brought the business into the digital age. In a secure environment, the admin team access client information (from any location in the world). Calenders containing daily jobs are generated and assigned to engineers.
The engineer is then sent a message to their mobile and directed to a virtual calender containing full job information, a link to a map containing directions from their current location and contact telephone information should they need to call the client. On location, the engineer now fills out a job completion form on their mobile which directly sychronises with the head office database, updating the client history remotely.
Everything works in seconds and our client could not be happier with the free time the system has created.
Another example would be the work we have carried out for Local Heat ™, a promotional online marketing company with an extensive database of bars, restaurants, clubs, shops and other businesses.
** The idea we proposed involves a solution to a real life situation. Imagine if you had just enjoyed a meal and were walking out of the restaurant, stuck for ideas for the next venue. Mobile Heat ™ enables mobile access to search the businesses database, view a map, ratings, special offers and a photograph of the venue - ensuring a great night out. Imagine yellow pages on your mobile and you'd be close.
Mobile Heat ™ also has massive potential if you consider the additional revenue generated from sponsors.
Furthermore, mobile users can add an RSS feed ('Really Simple Syndication') subscribing the handset to be notified of events and offers directly to their mobile, FREE.
